Geographic Coverage & Restrictions
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses (Within England, Scotland & Wales).
Deliveries to remote areas such as the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, or Isles of Scilly may incur additional charges and take slightly longer.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 days or the next day from the date of purchase, depending on the delivery option selected upon checkout.
- Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days after dispatch.
- Express / Next-Day Delivery: Orders consisting of fresh and frozen food items are typically delivered the next day to avoid damage of purchased items.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take 1–3 days longer depending on courier availability.
Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed and stock is available. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number (if available) so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Delivery Delays
If we cannot deliver within the stated timeframe, we’ll contact you promptly with a new estimate. You can accept the new date or cancel your order for a full refund. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, you are legally entitled to a refund under UK consumer law.
Delivery Problems
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If items are damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us immediately with your order number and, where applicable, photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Missed Deliveries
If you’re not home, our courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place, or provide a card for re-delivery.
Refused or uncollected parcels may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
External Disruptions
Factors such as extreme weather, courier strikes, or public-health restrictions may occasionally affect delivery schedules. We’ll communicate any such delays and keep you updated.
Your Legal Rights
- You’re entitled to receive your goods as advertised and within the timeframe agreed or, if not specified, within 30 days.
- You can cancel your order and request a full refund (including delivery fees) if we fail to deliver within that period.
- Delivery costs and times are always displayed before checkout.
